I recently stayed at a hotel in Sirkeci, Istanbul that had a few positives but also quite a few downsides. While the location is fantastic and makes it easy to explore the historical center, the rooms were very small and not as depicted in the photos. On top of that, I found the bathroom facilities to be poorly maintained. The service staff was helpful, especially one member named Zafer, but overall the cleaning standards left something to be desired. It was definitely not the best experience for my family and me.
